| Fees |
|
|
Upon admission, $320 is requested. This covers the first weeks' fees & continuum of care deposit. Otherwise, weekly fees are $140 per week for the first 10 weeks, then $120 per week thereafter. Upon assessment, $20 co-payment is required.

Serenity House has never refused entrance due to lack of funds. If you have insufficient funds, we ask that your paycheck is signed over to the house to reduce your balance and you will receive $20 weekly until the balance is paid in full. |

| Employment |
|
|
Full time employment must be secured within one week of admission.
|
|
Residents are required to work Monday – Friday, with employment that allows them to be seated for dinner at 6:00 p.m. |
|
Residents not yet employed must be ready to seek employment from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. |
|
Saturday/Sunday site restriction is in place until documented proof of employment is given. |

| Treatment |
|
Group therapy sessions are held Monday and Thursday, from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. |
|
Education sessions are held weekly on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m., followed by a Community meeting. |
|
Individual sessions will be held once per week with a primary counselor. |
|
Individual client-centered treatment plans are a required part of your treatment. |
|
Residents on medication must bring at least a one month supply, with plans and means to continue having medication. |

| House Duties/Chores |
|
Residents will be expected to complete a chore nightly between 9:15 – 10:00 p.m., and a community chore on Saturday. These chores help teach independent living skills. |

| Meals |
|
|
An evening
meal is served at 6:00p.m., Monday - Friday. Staff and residents
eat together to help maintain a community atmosphere.
|
|
|
Food is provided
for breakfast, lunch, and weekend meals.
|
| |
| Curfew |
|
Residents' curfew is 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday; 12 midnight on Friday and Saturday. |

| Phases |
|
Each resident will begin treatment at Phase I. Progression to the next Phase will be dependent upon progress in treatment, completion of treatment assignments, and payment of fees. The Clinical Team will then staff these requests for approval. |
|
At Phase II, you are allowed one overnight pass per month; Phase III residents are allowed two overnights per month. |

| Use
of Vehicles/Parking |
|
|
Proof of insurance, vehicle registration, and a current Illinois Drivers' License must be verified before a vehicle may be brought on the premises.
